Designed to support visual artists, performers, and creative practitioners applying for Jaipur Art Week 4.0’s Open Call, this crash-course covers all the essentials you’ll need to submit a stand-out portfolio and / or project proposal.

The Public Arts Trust of India has undertaken extensive research to understand the challenges emerging artists face when competing for opportunities and to identify ways in which we can support. With many identifying a lack of confidence in articulating their practice and vision through the proposal format, we have developed this workshop to support artists and creatives applying to Jaipur Art Week 4.0’s Open Call.

Providing you with the tools and know-how to craft a persuasive proposal, in brief, the course will cover:

• Artist statement and proposal writing

• Budget preparation

• Basic photography tips

• Overall portfolio presentation

Seats are limited to 30 participants per session.
